1. Scope and operator

These terms apply to purchases through ravqezyn.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Guangzhou Xunhui Technology Co., Ltd. “You” refers to the customer.

Read these terms with checkout information and our payment, shipping, returns, privacy, and website-use policies. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence.

2. Customer eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase, supply accurate contact and delivery details, and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Review the product, options, quantity, address, and total before submitting the order.

3. Product information and use

Ravqezyn™ sells home lighting. Review each listing for materials, dimensions, power requirements, included parts, installation instructions, and care guidance.

Lighting and screens can affect apparent colors. Brightness, color settings, smart functions, dimming, and suitability for particular locations apply only where confirmed for the specific product. Follow all supplied electrical and installation instructions.

4. Availability, prices, and checkout

Products are subject to availability. The final checkout shows the payable amount and applicable shipping, taxes, or discounts. Bank conversion or international transaction fees may apply separately.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the available cancellation, refund, or alternative arrangements. Material errors may be corrected subject to existing contractual obligations.

5. Payment and order review

Use the payment options actually offered at checkout. Services may require authorization or verification.

Orders may be declined where payment cannot be verified, goods are unavailable, essential information is incorrect, or fulfillment would be unlawful. Captured payments for canceled orders will be refunded as required.

6. Processing and delivery

Normal processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing.

7. Changes, returns, and refunds

Request order changes or cancellation promptly. We may be unable to make changes after fulfillment or dispatch.

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Ordinary change-of-mind returns generally require an unused product in original condition with supplied parts. Contact us before sending merchandise back. Our Return & Refund Policy provides details.

8. Intellectual property and conduct

Brand assets, photographs, text, and other protected materials belong to their lawful owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to website content.

Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized payment use, or interference with store systems.

9. Legal protections and responsibility

Express product commitments and mandatory guarantees remain applicable. Any limitation of responsibility operates only as permitted by law.

Major transport disruptions, disasters, restrictions, or provider outages may affect fulfillment. We will address affected orders under applicable contractual and legal obligations.
